Julie Carew

Julie earned a degree in Cello performance at the Hartt School and a Masters degree in Cello Performance with Suzuki Pedagogy Emphasis at the Univerity of Denver.

Julie moved from Denver a few years ago and now lives just north of Boston where she has a home Suzuki Cello studio and also teaches at the Community Music Center of Boston. She is enjoying being a Mom to her son Hendrick who was born in August of 2009, and will be glad to return to Cello Fest this year with Hendrick and her husband Dan along to help!
